Hi friends,
As you might have seen, we have changed our focus slightly with the Where to Ride section in the magazine (for those who don't know we have reduced it to one ride per issue and changed it to more of a special feature run over more pages with larger photographs and other features) and I wanted to know from you some areas both here and abroad that you would like featured in the magazine.
We have a few ready to be featured including the Grampians, more from South Australia including some of the beautiful regions south of Adelaide and we are also planning a lot more rides for inclusion in the magazine next year and beyond, including Tasmania and New Zealand.
Please provide your ideas, thoughts and suggestions.
Thanks!
Hey Mr Editor,
I want to see more Where to Ride stuff in country towns... Most of the smaller towns are hurting because of the droughts; why not try to push more tourists to the country????
How about Bathurst???????
Dear Editor.
We should be encouraging more people to commute using their bicycles instead of their cars (less greenhouse gases; less traffic; fitter and less obese people, etc). However, I suspect many people don't know how to get from A-B using realtively safe routes in many cities. How about a short series of commuter routes from the main suburban areas to the CBDs in each of the major cities?
Regards.
Mr Editor how about the Barossa Valley if u haven't already done it,it has some good scenery and fairly flat rides among some nice vineyards and old buildings most of the main roads between towns have bike paths and townships have dedicated cycling lanes.
Cheers Emu
