MTB tracks!

Hello, I'm looking at riding from Waterfall to Wollongong in a few weeks time, has anyone done this ride before? I have been told that alot of the ride is on water board land. Is it possible to ride all the in the bush?? Do the water board guys man this area? Any advice would be great!!

I havent done the ride from Waterfall to Wollongong but I have alot of mates who have. You pretty much ride all the way in the bush along waterboard tracks, but there is a section at Bulli wher you need to ride along the highway. Dont worry about the waterboard guys if they are on the track it is not illegal to ride your mountain bike through. Hope this helps. Enjoy the ride if you do it, I have heard it is awesome!!

Geoffro,

That would be really good mate. The group I ride witth are not too keen on doing an all day ride. I live pretty close to waterfall, so next time your mates go out I would definitely be keen to jump on board.
