cycling after sickness
I need advice on training after having glandular fever , I got my self riding up to 250km per week in the first year of taking up the sport. Now some weeks I barely manage 30km and feel like I am always getting sick if I try and build up some strength in my training . Is there road training I can do to get fit, loose the last bit of weight and get my immune system back.
